Iraj Motazedi Chairman- Mr. Motazedi gained his international reputation as the founder, major shareholder, operational director and Chairman of Komeh Construction. For 45 years, Komeh has provided modern construction techniques to projects in the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Motazedi is also a successful developer of shopping malls in Iran and brings his experienced management and engineering teams to BGG’s efforts in developing countries. Mr. Motazedi, works very closely with Wayne Gerl heads of BGG’s construction operations. The Gedi Construction Company has decades of experience in cost efficient construction and operation of cement plants, shopping malls and residential development ranging from single-family homes to mid-rise and high-rise buildings.

Wayne Gerl, President of BGG heads BGG’s construction operations and Project Capitalization. The Gedi Construction Company has decades of experience in cost efficient construction and operation of cement plants, shopping malls and residential development ranging from single-family homes to mid-rise and high-rise buildings. Mr. Gerl has over fifty years of professional experience in diverse national and international projects, including: construction, civil engineering, operation of concrete plants, shopping centers, parking garages, and large retail shopping centers. He is an accomplished planner and designer of cost effective multi-million dollar construction projects. His significant experience managing municipal, county, and state contracts in the U.S. is invaluable to our ability to be effective worldwide. As an investor, Mr. Gerl is a savvy real estate professional and master of site acquisition. His negotiation and construction efforts number over hundreds of projects, producing highly satisfactorily income of total investment. Internationally, Mr. Gerl is an expert in security issues and risk mitigation in land and site procurement matters.
Gregory Proctor
Vice Chairman
Gregory Proctor, is a Professional Engineer and Consultant for Civil and Development related projects. His 30 year experience of Design and Project Management ranges from Government (Federal, State and Local) projects to development projects with National Builders and Developers. He is Owner of Carnahan Proctor and Cross, a multi discipline firm with offices throughout the State of Florida and is registered as a Professional Engineer in both North Carolina and Florida with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from NC State University. Mr. Proctor is a strong proponent of utilizing the latest technology and provides capabilities in 3D Laser Scanning and Modeling for his projects. His experience and commitment is dedicated to the growth of BGG Engineering and Development.
Donald Dragg
Senior Vice President: Logistics/Facilities
Donald R. Dragg has over forty years of experience owning and managing businesses in the land development, residential and commercial construction, mining and trucking industry, and material company that serves the commercial construction industry. . He also brings extensive marketing and sales experience combined with a strong background in customer relations and business to business sales. He exhibits exceptional skills in Procurement and Logistics. Donald R. Dragg leadership and management skills were developed during his thirteen years of active duty service in the U.S. Army. Donald attained the rank of Major and held both Command and Staff positions with tours of duty in the Republic of Germany and the Republic of South Korea. Donald R. Dragg is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Human Relations with an emphasis in Organizational Development.

Jerome Kling has over thirty five years combined experience in Site and Heavy construction including design, construction management, and project engineering, surveying and estimating... After attending Pennsylvania State University and serving in the US Army where he attained a rank of E-5, Jerome Kling has spent his entire career owning and managing construction companies responsible for large highway projects, commercial and private developments, and infrastructure systems including but not limited to sanitary sewer projects, water systems, underground utilities, and bridge construction throughout the Eastern United States.
